CPM was brought in to bring this project back on budget and to accelerate the build time.

 

The project consisted of 43 one, two and three high end hotel rooms including a restaurant, conference room, foyer and members lounge.

This build project established CPM's abilities to think outside the box to achieve the client's cost and time frame.
